Are pets permitted? If so, how much are pet fees?

Yes, pets are permitted. We allow two pets (dogs and cats) per apartment home.  The weight limit is 85 lbs.  Please contact a leasing associate to find out restricted breeds and pet fees.

Is my security deposit totally refundable?

Yes, pending move-out inspection.

If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?

Yes, a 60-day’s notice is required as well as a termination fee paid prior to move-out.

Are utilities included in my rent?

No, residents are responsible for electricity, water/sewer, and a trash fee.

How long is the term of the lease? Do you accept short-term leases?

Standard term is 12 months.  Short-term leases are accepted on occasion, as well as premium.

When is my rent payment due? When is it late?

Rent is due the 1st of each month. The 5th is the last day you can pay without a late fee.

There’s someone who might be staying with me for a while. Is that permitted by the lease?

Yes, but only up to two weeks. Longer stays require a criminal background check for anyone 18 or older.

My children live with me in the summer. Do I need to notify your office when they arrive?

Yes, any children 18 or older also require a criminal background check.

Do you have parking?

Yes, we have a parking garage attached to the back of the building.  All parking spaces are reserved.  The price varies based on convenience.

I have a motorcycle, is there parking for it?

Yes, parking is available for motorcycles.

Do you have visitor parking?

Our residents’ guests will have to pay to park in our garage in the event that they visit between 12:00 a.m. Monday – Friday at 11:59 p.m., as we will not have the ability to validate for parking.  Residents’ guests can park for free each weekend between 12:00 a.m. Saturday – 11:59 p.m. Sunday, all holidays are free, and major events throughout the Reston Town Center are free.

Do you have cable services?

Yes, Verizon FiOS and Comcast.

Will you accept my delivery packages for me?

Yes, a concierge will be available to sign for your packages 24/7.

If something needs to be repaired in the apartment, how do I report it?

You can submit a maintenance request through the resident portal, Building Link, or contact the concierge or management office by phone, e-mail or in person.

I have family coming to visit me. Do you have a guest suite they can stay in?

Yes, we have a one bedroom guest suite.

If I decide to upgrade to a larger apartment, are transfers allowed?

Yes, with a 30-day notice and a transfer fee, as long as you’ve been in the apartment for at least 6 months.

Is the community environmentally friendly?
