Savor Gourmet Middle Eastern Fare at Leila

A spread of middle-eastern dishes on a wooden table, including pita, hummus, vegetables, falafel, and more.

Hummus. Tzatziki. Baba ganoush. A Middle Eastern eatery is only as good as its signature spreads, and, by that measure, Leila is already a standout. The restaurant made its grand debut recently with a lineup of fresh spreads inspired by the Middle East, the Mediterranean, India, and beyond. Its chef’s artful balancing of different cultures is apparent throughout the entire menu, not just the selection of spreads.

Reserve a table to experience the menu for yourself, starting with some cocktails and small plates. The crispy kale and palak chaat is an early favorite among the ever-growing group of fans. The chef pairs fried kale and spinach with Asian pears, fresh paneer, and a tamarind yogurt sauce. Round out your feast with some of the Lebanese moussaka and the fresh, crispy falafel. Then for the main course, don’t miss a popular classic, the butter chicken. It’s a great introductory dish if you’re new to Indian cuisine since it’s relatively mild. Tandoor-roasted salmon, koobideh kabobs, and rogan josh are a few of the other signature dishes on the menu of large plates.
