Revel at Bull Run Festival of Lights

Glowing candy canes dot the lane. A reindeer-drawn sleigh conveys Santa across the land. An archway of holly signals a warm welcome. These are a few of the festive scenes that await you at the Bull Run Festival of Lights, The cheerful annual event is back for 2021 and opens for visitors until January 2nd, excluding December 24th, 25th, and 31st.

You’re encouraged to purchase your tickets online before arriving to avoid being turned away and to snag a discount. Tickets start at $25 per vehicle (online) and grant you access to the light display on a specific day of your choosing. It takes over 2.5 miles of paved road within Bull Run Regional Park, and you can view the entire exhibit from the warm comfort of your car. Turn up the holiday tunes and explore the many facets of the display, from the forest of trees swathed in ethereal blue lights to the depiction of Santa Claus himself blowing snowflakes out across Centreville. With ample light coming from outside of your vehicle, guests are encouraged to turn down their headlights and slowly follow the illuminated path.
